مسئول خطرات عملیاتی و تکنالوژی معلوماتی باید معاون آمریت خطرات مالی را در کارهای یومیه مربوط به خطرات عملیاتی و تکنالوژی معلوماتی کمک خواهد کرد و با بخش تکنالوژی معلوماتی از نزدیک کار خواهد کرد تا اطمینان حاصل شود که تمام خطرات مربوط به محیط تکنالوژی معلوماتی شناسایی، نظارت و به مراجع مربوطه گزارش داده می‌شوند. همچنان بخش تکنالوژی معلوماتی با بخش‌های تجارتی و ساحات وظیفوی و همچنین با بخش‌های حمایوی آنها از نزدیک همکاری می‌کند تا اطمینان حاصل گردد که آنها خطرات عملیاتی و تکنالوژی معلوماتی خود را در محیط کاری بانک به اندازه کافی شناسایی، نظارت و مدیریت می‌نمایند.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

شناسایی ریسک‌های عملیاتی و گزارش‌دهی آن به طور مناسب، و همچنان تهیه گزارش ریسک عملیاتی.
حصول اطمینان از موجودیت سیستم/پلانی مناسب برای کنترول داخلی.
نظارت دقیق بر دوره‌های عملیاتی بخش‌های مختلف بانک در ساحات کاری‌شان و اطمینان از اینکه هیچ بخشی بدون توضیحات وظیفوی، طرزالعمل کاری، پلان عمل سالانه و پلان استراتیژیک فعالیت نمی‌کند
انکشاف پالیسی و طرزالعمل جامع ارزیابی ریسک تکنالوژی معلوماتی.
انکشاف شاخص‌های کلیدی ریسک تکنالوژی معلوماتی و بهبود پلان بازیابی بعد از فاجعه.
اجرای ارزیابی ریسک بخش‌های تکنالوژی معلوماتی، سیستم بانکداری (CBS) و بانکداری دیجیتال مطابق به پلان سالانه.
تهیه و ارسال گزارش ریسک به بخش مدیریت ریسک و پیگیری مشاهدات ریسک.
شناسایی ساحات وقفه در تجارت و گزارش‌دهی به بخش مدیریت ریسک.
تهیه گزارش تحلیل ریسک در مورد سایر ریسک‌های کلیدی بانک با همکاری سایر افسران ریسک در بخش.
تطبیق و اجرای مدل ارزیابی ریسک (RSCA).
هر وظیفه یا کار دیگری که توسط معاون یا آمر سپرده می‌شود.

Job Requirements:

Education level: Minimum Bachelor in computer science (BCs).
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years IT related experience, high experience will be given preference.
Skills: Problem solving, Analytical, good reporting skills, good presentation skills.
Certifications: IT related certificates.
