IT & CBS Steering Committee

The objective of the IT & CBS Steering Committee is to discuss and manage changes in a rational and futuristic manner so that the planning can be done. Changes require serious thought, careful monitoring, and follow-up evaluation to reduce negative impact to the users and to increase the value of IT infrastructure at the same time enhancing Shareholders' value. The Committee delivers support to the change management team by approving requested changes and assisting in the assessment and prioritization of changes. The Committee helps ensure that changes are managed in a rational and predictable manner by enforcing change management policies and procedures.
