This card allows you to withdraw cash 24/7 from all Bank-e-Millie Afghan’s ATMs from all over Afghanistan. BMA card holders can withdraw from Azizi Bank, Ghazanfar Bank, Pashtany Bank, First Microfinance Bank, Afghan United Bank, Afghanistan International Bank, Islamic Bank, and New Kabul Bank ATMs.

How you can have a BMA’s ATM Debit Card?
With opening a current, saving or salary account, you can receive this card free of charges in all Bank-e-Millie Afghan Branches across Afghanistan. If you have any of the previously mentioned accounts but have not maintained ATM card yet, please visit our nearest branch right away and apply for ATM Debit Card.

With carrying this card instead of cash money, you abstain the erosion of country’s currency due to which a huge capital will be saved.
Carrying huge amounts of cash is always problematic in terms of risks and vanishing. 
This card allows you to carry all the money you have in your account just with a small plastic card, all the times and everywhere.

How your ATM Card safegaurded?
While this card is being issued, you will be given a four digits secret code that you should remember and not share with anyone else. Each time withdrawing cash or making electronic payment, you will be required to provide this code otherwise the card would not be usable without it.

What to do if the Card is lost?
In case you are losing your Card, please call immediately to our Customer Services by dialing 1312 or contact nearest Branch of BMA.

Precautionary Measures

  • Always store your ATM Debit Card carefully to prevent damaging its magnetic stripe.
  • Change the ATM Debit Card’s PIN as soon as you have received it and then preferably change it every quarter.
  • Keep your card ready before entering the ATM room, avoid going through your purse or bag to find it.
  • Always remember to take your card back during the transaction.
  • Always collect your receipts from ATM, keep their copies and compare them with your monthly statement. 
  • Stand directly in front and as close to the ATM machine as possible. This will help to obstruct the view of others.
  • Be alert! If you find signs of any external fittings or loose wiring at the ATM Cabin/Room, report it immediately to the respective Branch or Custodian and use another nearest ATM.
  • In case you lose your card or has been stolen, contact BMA’s nearest Branch right away to block the card.
  • Do not disclose your ATM PIN to anybody.
  • Remember not to reply to any email asking for your card number and PIN as none of the bank official will ask for such information.
  • Do not write down the PIN on card or elsewhere, instead try to remember it. If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the card will be blocked automatically.
  • Do not allow others to stand inside the ATM Cabin/Room when you do a transaction.
  • Never give your card to friends and relatives for making a transaction on your behalf.
