The Human Resource Committee (HRC) is responsible for overseeing recruitment, development, promotion, retention, and compensation of BMA employees, as well as other aspects related to the Bank's Human Resource Policy. The HRC also ensures compliance with the Bank's Corporate Governance Policy and fulfills any duties required by laws, regulations, or delegated by the Board.
