The main objective of the Business Development & Marketing Committee is to manage the overall marketing and business development activities of the Bank and provide feedback on marketing activities. 
The Committee’s goals and objectives will comprise the Committee’s work plan, which will be approved by the Board of Management and the Committee itself. BD & Marketing Committee will assure that Bank has its own internal and external marketing action plan and communication programs to target its specific market segments and enhance its reputation and recognition of the Bank.
The Business Development team and Marketing Department will ensure the decisions taken in this Committee are based on prevailing environmental (internal and external) requirements of the Bank. The Committee will ensure effective independent business development and marketing efforts matching with stature, resources, and access to the Board of Supervisors (BoS).
