Head of Credit

1.      Alternative Job Title (if any or in case a person is assigned more responsibilities excluding his/her current position)

2.      REPORTS TO: CCO or Dy.CCO /portfolio manager

3.      PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/key deliverables

1. Overseeing all employees of the credit dept
2. Manages the approval process of both funded and non-funded facilities
3. Provides credit analysis and assessment on the assigned Corporate Clients and non-Corporate Clients
4. Insuring sound lending policies are being followed as set out in the Credit Procedures and Policy Manual
5. Reviews all loan applications/credit files for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting  to the  Credit Committee and to BOS and may serve as a voting member in the Credit Committee;
6. Responsible for accurate and timely execution of daily operations relating to credit
7. Ensures full compliance of facilities granted
8. Any other identical task as assigned by the respective supervisor/s.

Main job requirements:

1. Degree in  Economics, Finance and the related filed

2. At least 3-6 years of credit experience in  banking

3. Strong financial and analytical skills

4. Possess good writing and communication skills

5. Proficient in MS Office applications

6. Able to drive a team and to work under pressure
